Studio 88 Kwamhlanga complex, I had bought shoes at the phola mall, then I went to Kwamhlanga to get a refund because the size was small and had already bought another ones, so they gave me a run around especially the manager, saying that they don't give a refund, I must go where I bought the shoes to get my refund, then I refused telling them that I normally buy and exchange or get refund anywhere and I don't gave such problems. I then asked them to call head office for me, they refused because they knew that deep down they are lying about the refund story, I then asked for head office contacts details so I can call them, it kept on ringing and no answer, I then suggested that they call phola mall where I bought the shoes, the manager there told them to give me refund because he also gives refund for people that bought at Kwamhlanga... That's how I got my refund, studio 88 Kwamhlanga is the worst when it comes to customer service I wonder how many more people they are doing to, what they did to me.
