Studio 88 it's you we hate!

When purchasing something from Studio 88 Stellenbosch (Eikestad Mall), be sure to fit it on in store!

They refused to exchange a pair of shoes that was fitted on at home and was slightly dirty at the bottom of the sole (like any shoe that's being fitted on). The shoes were brand new and now dirty on the top of the shoes. We were treated like ********s and were accused of being acting suspicious! They failed to proof that the shoes were worn and we left the store and opted to return the shoes at another branch of Studio 88. The staff at Studio 88 Zevenwacht Mall had no issue exchanging the shoes for another pair.

The employees at Studio 88 Eikestad Mall has no clue of customer service, had no knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act and did not know what their own company policy was. Terrible, terrible service!
