Studio 88 is indeed a ****

I bought Addidas plukkies at Studio 88 Thulamahashe for my son. The shoes didnt fit and I went back to the shop the next day to get a bigger size which they didn't have and when I requested a refund, I was told the money has already been banked, and I should wait for a day when someone has paid cash to get my refund. FIRSTLY I didn't even pay cash, they could simply refund the money back into my account. Then I was told every refund is done by cash and I have to wait and when they have cash they will call me. I have been waiting for a week now just to be refunded R700.
