Studio 88 I want my money

I bought an Adidas push at Studio 88 at Nonesi Mall in Queenstown. I wore the shoe once and it broke. Now the "manager" there called Chippa does not want to take the shoe and they don't want to give me my money the shoe is R599. Now they are telling me to wait for a manager who is on leave who is "Mike" and that Mike doesn't answer his phone and the head office as well. Please assist this was my last money.
