Studio 88 Hemingways has the worst service ever I'm never buying there

I bought an item at studio 88 in Hemingways mall, today I sent a Friend to return it for me when he got there they told him there's no size so I told him to ask for a refund that was for R1099. He was told to come back later or they will call him, he left unhappy of the attitude and silliness he got from the two guys who work there. Later on I went to Studio 88 to get the refund, they told me we told that guy you sent we have no money we will call him, I asked if you say you don't have the cash what do you do to assist a customer because I'm not from here, they said we do nothing wait for the cash when we have it. I asked for their Area managers number I called her told her of the disgusting attitude his employees have and bad service, she said she will call them. She got back to me telling me I should got pick up the money. Still when I got there they gave me difficulties I was told wait for another person who will help me they did all the silly things one would never tolerate. I called their Area manager infront of them tell her how I was being treated she didn't do anything seemingly she is happy with how they treat Customers, I never got an apology I was treated bad in that store and I wanna make sure it gets to every platform until something is done with those staff members.
