Studio 88 customer care pathetic service
I lodged a complaint against studio 88 a month ago that I have bought sneakers and only to find out that they are faulty, studio 88 customer care service said that they want me to go to the store and fit the same sneakers if not then I won't get my refund hence I had decided that I don't want the sneakers anymore. I lodged a complaint against studio 88 at hello Peter and studio 88 rep**** that they will contact me but still even today no one from studio 88 contacted me this is how much they don't care about customer services. It's funny how the staff working in store try to give the best services but their head office is failing them and worse part giving pathetic service to the customers.
