Stop exploiting your staff!!!! Highly disgusted

I am beyond disgusted about how this company is treating their employees! Yesterday I went into one of the store and the 1 staff member was so exhausted that you can see it in their eyes. He told me that he hasn't taken his day off in 3 weeks, you could see that he is sick and to make things worse, he has to work over 9 hours EVERYDAY!!! What nonsense is this??? If you are given a contract that clearly stipulates that you are required to work 45 hrs why would you exploit people like this!!!! These people have families! The so-called Regionals are rude to employees which make it extremely difficult for them to voice out their frustrations! You need these people to run your business yet you overworking them and treating them like trash!!! Do better! I am a loyal customer and love your brand but how you treating your staff is disgusting to say the least. A grown man in tears because of being overworked!!
