Still waiting for the correst shoes size😭

I requested to return product and courier collected on the 6th December 2021. The last communication was an email from Renne promising that she will make a follow up. Up to this morning I have not recieved the product back. I made two calls already this morning and they promise to call back but they do not. This is a terrible experience I will have to spend another money to buy my son shoes for christmas
