Sold wrong item despite describing the product(shoe spray) I wanted.

On 26-11-19 in Studio 88 Kokstad, I wanted to buy a spray for cleaning my shoes. So I explained to a store assistant the spray becomes foam when sprayed but I don't know what it's container looks like. He gave me one and claimed it's the one I'm looking for, I confirmed again and he said sure then tried to sell me a shampoo as well but said no thanks. Before I payed he sounded hesitant and said wait let me go confirm something then he took it and went to the backroom. One minute later he came back and that's when he actually suggested the shoe shampoo as well but I said no, I just want the spray that becomes foam when sprayed. He said sure this is the spray.

Today when spraying it I found its just a dark liquid for reviving black suede shoes. I called Studio 88 and I WAS NOT happy with the first assistant. After exchanging greetings I then told her I wanted to lodge a complaint, she said hang on and I hung on for like 3 mins with the phone just ringing, I figured she had just ditched me.

I dropped and got a second assistant, told her the exact same thing and she asked for my details and said I'll be called by the Kokstad regional manager. I'm still waiting.

R60 wasted is not what disgusts me, lying to a customer's face about the product just because you don't have the one that the customer actually wants is disgusting.
