Short delivery and unreachable.

I ordered and paid for two identical pairs of addidas Ultraboost 21s. Only one pair was delivered by fast+ furious couriers on the 22 December. I called the couriers they confirmed they had only received one pakage. The delivery note was for 1 box only. The picking slip packed by FZ2259 for invoice S88i*** has quantity 2. I tried calling and sending emails and have no response at all. It is frustrating as I don't know if they are going to cancel my order and refund or deliver my order and if so by when. Your assistance to resolve this is appreciated. Knowing how you are fulfilling my order will help as one pair was for me and one was a gift. I can wait for mine but don't want to give away the pair I have if you are not fulfilling the order.
