Hy my name is Maria matla.i bought the Sandle.shoes for my son elesse.on 18/12/2022 on Christmas Day he wear them to my suprise it torn apart he didn't even wear for so long.i took them back to katlehong crossing.at moleleki.thy said I must leave the shoes for invistigation.after two days the lady call me to bring the slip to the shop.i must wait for the factory for response.till now I'm still waiting for their response.im very dessapoint about their service it's a new mall thy should have good castomer care.
