Sbusiso is very rude

Bad customer from Sales agent called Sbusiso in Dobsonville. The guy doesn't t know how to speak to customers and even told a customer that he is doing him a favor.

Sbusiso was phoned and he confirmed that the size we were looking for is available in store but when the customer gets to the store he offers him the one in the display and even tells the customer that he is not working for him and that he is actually making him a favour. This is unacceptable cos he and his lady colleague of his started shouting at the customer. Is this what staff at Studio88 are taught?
