Rude staff members

I went studio 88 Northgate I was assisted by an extremely rude arrogant man . I brought a shoe on Friday evening I wanted to size up and change the guy that I met when I went to Northgate was extremely rude and unprofessional he advised me that one shoe was dirty and looks like it was worn and I told the guy the shoe was was given was a display and the other one they went to fetch it from the store room .. I don’t understand how I can walk around with one shoe as he claims but it’s okay I told him I will keep the shoe and give it away because I can’t be dealing with rude people that aren’t taught manners the management should do better because when I first entered and getting him and told me my issue he was already upset and very ****y and attacking me and asking me who told me to come here like really . I am I customer you don’t question me. He was extremely rude and very disrespectful I just ended up leaving I just wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase there takkies there
