Rude staff member from Promenade branch Mitchells Plain

What the hell is going on at the promenade branch. I called in 30 minutes before the store closed (I understand that it was close to closing time but I do live on AZ Berman and can get there with no hassle in under 5 minutes ) to find out if they have a certain takkie that I wanted to purchase that moment. The service I got from the guy that I spoke to was extremely disgusting, it was extremely rushed on his end stopping me with every word that I could say, saying stuff like "ya ya ya" and so on.

Another thing is, I literally got second hand embarrassment when the guy asked me so confidently for the code of the shoe and I asked him if it's the SKU# number on the site and then he got upset because he didn't know what that was and that was literally the number that he was looking for .

This whole experience was just stupid and pathetic, employ people who are even willing to at least **** good customer service instead of hiring idiots with peanuts for brains.

Come on guys. I just came from a shift and I provide good customer service. I can't still take your confident idiots with no people skills.
