Rude sales person.

So I went to Studio88 in Birch Acres mall in Tembisa and bought myself sneakers. While still in the mall, my partner and I decided to do something else instead but I already used the money for sneakers, i took the shoes back and asked to put them on laybye while refund the other amount. Guy who helped me was soo rude, to a point of asking me "if I change my mind about the shoes now and want to put them on lay bye, am I not going to come back to him and want to change the lay bye again" I'm not one with many words, I just asked the gent to refund the money and won't put the shoes on laybye. I was ****ed, disappointed but thought maybe it's my fault that I wanted to change purchase to laybye. Anyway... Studio88, your sales assistants can do better next time in terms of customer service.
