RUDE SALES PERSON AT STUDIO 88 - SOUTH GATE
On Saturday the 30th of June 2018 I went to Studio 88 and when I saw the sneaker I wanted was not in store I asked the guy at the till (Junior) to please assist by checking on the system where I could find the sneaker that I had seen online.
what a ****** he rudely rep**** raising his voice and said this cannot be done as the system does not allow to search for items. What a load of BS, I have never heard this **** in my life. which retail system does not allow to do inter branch checks to see which store has the requested item in stock.
He is RUDE and even started screaming at me to come behind the till so I can try to do what I had asked. He also ignored me when I asked what his name was, I then went to another sales lady who also refused to give his name.
I doubt his name was Junior as the staff seems to cover up for one another!!!!!
do not go to this branch its pathetic!!
