Rude employee

I went to studio 88 at central Park for a laybuy of a size 5 and was given a wrong size.. When I went for an exchange I was given a dirty shoe that is been fitted by other customers.. And the sales assistant who claims to be the branch manager was very rude o will never see ma foot there NEVER!!!
