Return on a trainer i felt inlove with an got nothing but bad feedback on

Hi im shariefa fray i bought a trainer Haurache nike at studio88 vredendal on the 27th of April it was on sale for R800 the original price was R2200 so the next day i went somewhere for half the day with the shoes on when i got home i saw the right shoes leather is teared from the sole and its crinkled so i checked the left side an it was in perfect shape anyway i went back to the store they told me they will send a email to returns an give me feedback after 2days i waited almost 3weeks an yesterday the returns response was that they and nikey apparently does not see any visible defects or default on the trainer i was so furious because clearly there's something wrong with their vision anyhow i contact them they giving wrong info and the girly from returns is now ghosting me her name is Rencia Philip i als contact nikey and they say that they do not no anything about this return and studio88 was supposed to give me other options so clearly someone is lying here..im sitting with shoes i cannot wear because im scared it will tear further or worse more of the leather will come off an I've already waisted my hard earned money.
