I went to studio 88 zeerust (north west) mall and bought 2 jeans for my son, when I got home at Gauteng, the jeans don't fit, I went to studio 88 Cosmo city mall to get a refund since we bought other pair of jeans, I was told I need to go back to zeerust northwest to get my refund they cannot help me because I did not buy from them... What happened to returning to any store despite where you bought? So I must go back to northwest to return and get my refund from them?
It's not even on the return policy.. I even went on the internet to check if maybe I missed out that information but it's not there... I checked the back of the slip, nothing still.

How long is this gonna rake as I need to do this before I get back to work on the 3rd of January 2024.
Can this issue be made clear before the end of today? 2nd January 2024... can the store be called because truth is I won't be going to zeerust anytime soon.. So now I must be stuck with this until 3 months passes then still they will tell me sorry it's over 3 months....
How long is this gonna rake as I need to do this before I get back to work on the 3rd of January 2024.
