Bought a pans at studio88 in Kenilworth center, the pans was to small for me I wanted to refund it, however they telling me I can't and I bought and returned it on the same day, this is unacceptable, they don't have my size so what I'm I suppose to do with the pans and I don't want anything else from the store, never will I purchase anything from studio 88, Seriously need to look into the return policy, and it does not say anything on the slip with regards to not returning and not getting my money back

Should you no longer desire the item or the store does not have a suitable replacement, you are entitled to a refund, all we need is your till slip and that the item in question is in its original, pristine condition as that at the time of purchase.
Please note that on occasion, the store might not have sufficient cash in the register (due to mainly card transactions) and you will be contacted as soon as they have your refund in cash available.
