Refunds not processed!

Order number: *** Worst service ever! Placed a order online on the 16th December, I cancelled the order 3 times 17th, 18th and 21st! I requested a refund which was apparently processed and still to the date 2nd Jan there has been no refund. What kind of business works this way?? I want that refund!
