Refund/Exchange Policy

I bought a Levi's jean at Dobsonville Mall on the 29th July took it back the next day, as I'm entering the store found two guys working there told that they don't have cash at first. Then they told me that they want copy of my ID yet when I bought no such thing was asked as I used my card.

Your return policy state that "Upon exchange or Return's I must present the original invoice for unused goods and in original condition and package.

If the receipt was mentioning copy of ID it was something else. When you exchange no ID copy is required

Please assist as I felt like they were insulting me in every way I could think of.

I left that jean with the receipt written my number on it the way I was so irritated with the attitude they spoke with me. So they can refund me the day they feel like.

They really need to coach their stuff to be professional and stop having ekasi attitude/mentally.
