Refund policy is strange

Over the weekend i was at studio 88 in Greenacres made a purchase there but now the item don’t fit the person i bought it for so because i work in Walmer park i went there to do a refund but the sales person told me about a target they have and that they cant take the refund il have to take it back where i made the purchase
