Refund not processed for sneakers

I bought sneakers from the studio 88 Tsakane Mall shop, however, I ma not satisfied with the choice. In terms of the T's and C's on the purchasing receipt, I can either return them or request a refund.

I have been liaising with the staff at the shop including the "manager" and every time I go to the shop I am told that I must come back because they do not have cash to refund.

I find this service to be unacceptable, I am not sure whether they are buying time in order to ensure that I do not receive my refund. This is an appalling service and I think it is time for me to take this matter to the consumer commission.
