Refund matters

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I would love to give my experience about the above mentioned store. on the 07th Dec 2016 I went to Studio 88 in Sunnypark mall to make a purchase of a shirt and I did that buying it as a gift for my boyfriend I then got to give to him he had bought it himself already. So I went back to return the shirt and they showed me on the receipts that they do not do refunds and such information was not communicated to me or let alone they do not have a disclaimer that notifies me that they do not do refunds. The only time I got to know was when I was requesting for a refund. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist with this issue since even by law you can exchange and get full refund if your purchase was within 60 and original packaging is still intact.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindest regards </p>
