Refund and exchange

When purchasing something , be sure to fit it on in store! If I could give you a 0 star rating I would!!!!

They refused to refund me on the pair of shoes because it was bought at a different outlet. In this instance I bought the shoes in Diepkloof at the Square in Soweto and I live in Vanderbijlpark so I wanted a refund on my item purchased at Vaal Mall branch and at Vaalgate Vanderbijlpark a branch of Studio 88. The staff at Studio 88 Vaal Mall had no issue exchanging however the staff at Vaalgate were extremely rude to me. The manager Martin ran out of the store when he heard I wanted a refund!

Not only has my time been wasted but I also my fuel in my car driving up and down from one mall to the other!

The employees at Studio 88 Vaalgate Mall has no clue of customer service, had no knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act and did not know what their own company policy was. Terrible experience and time wasted.
