Promotional items advertised but not in stock
I must express my disappointment in the Studio 88 Franchise. Before Black Friday November 2018 I accessed the web to see what items would be on sale at Studio 88 and came across promotion items that were on sale. a day or two before Black Friday I went to five Studio 88 stores to purchase these items (Nikos cargo pants to be precise) and none of these stores had the items and little no interest was shown in aiding me get these items/were staff aware of these itmes. Why would promotional items be advertised if they are not in stock, is stock take not conducted? I could understand if two of the five stores did not have the item but 5/5 is a bit ridiculous. I also find the **************** of advertising the Adidas OG Dragon sneaker for R899.00 (marked down from R1299.00) very ********* when the standard price for this sneaker is in fact R899.00 (I would know as I purchased two pairs from Studio 88 stores and this was the normal price) I will be logging my complaint regarding the promotional items on “Hello Peter” as I am dissatisfied with the manner that Studio 88 went about advertising the items but no quality check/assurance that the stores had these items.
Apologies for this, our Operations Manager will be in contact with you to see where and how he can assist.
