Poor service

Greetings yesterday I received a very bad customer service at Studio 88 Goldfields mall Welkom. There's this rude guy who gave me attitude and gave me an old box after purchasing Shoes and then I asked him why is he giving me an old ripped box he said "Do you want shoes or a box" the presentation wasn't please, I didn't even get a slip. I then bought a shoe spray he said it's R90 then I gave him R100 all of a sudden I didn't get a change he said it's R100, still I didn't get a slip. I had no voice because he's older than me and I couldn't have a say. I am a student I could not argue with an adult.
