poor service

I bought the sneakers with the price of 850 it was a preset 4 my son when I arrived home its small size after 3 day took it back to the store changer the right size price was 650 and they must give me a 200 back they dnt want with my money they told me I have to buy something with that 200 and i don't want nothing I need the money back only 200 . they want me to took the cap .. what a poor servicer i need my money back .. what about the Consumer Protection Act..

Unfortunately items on promotion are always excluded from returns and therefore the staff did follow company protocol. We would not be able to exchange and refund cash for the difference.
