Poor service!!!

I was at the branch in the Pavilion mall (KZN), and asked a sales lady for a shoe in my size she was extremely sour. She grabbed the shoe out of my hand without saying a word returned almost 10 minutes later and then gave me box. When I asked for the price she was very rude and rep**** with the price as if I annoyed her by asking.

I did not see her name there was no name tags being worn. Overall extremely poor service very slow and not willing to help.
