Poor quality shoes bought from Studio 88 store Menlyn mall.

I bought Addidas sneakers that weren't even a year old & started peeling from inside so bad that I got embarrassed around friends & families. Paid heavily for it & didn't expect such an experience with a reputable brand like addidas. I tried to reach out the store several times & was told to present a receipt that was no longer there. I have proof that it was purchased from Menlyn mall branch but their head office also not taking my complaint seriously since it's now a year after & they also say I didn't swipe so it's hardly traceable. We cannot continue to buy shoes of inferior quality at such a high price while we are also facing the struggle of unemployment. It's not the 1st time in my life buying addidas shoe hence I except durability from such a brand, I bought the Addisas Dropsteps (pair), but I'm not satisfied with the quality therefore, I suggest management do something about it or Addidas & the store (Studio88) will be losing a lot of customer base in the near future. Regards: Harry.

Please stop selling leading brands, you are slowly killing the culture of quality, you should see how embarrassing it is to explain that I paid my last R1500 to buy Addidas tekkies that are peeling like baked potatoes, as much as I work hard for my money & being unemployed, I urge your customer care department to consider a replacement for those sneakers. I can send you photos if you want to, you'll see that those Addidas are not standard quality. I have been wearing Addidas since childhood from different stores, but I have never encountered such a crisis I'm currently faced with.
Yours concerned; H
