Poor Customer service by the manager at Studio 88 at Southgate mall.

My daughter lay byed at Studio 88 Southgate Mall. On the 17th of December, she went to pay her lay buy, she was helped by the lady witg dreads. At the exist, the parcels were not checked. When she arrived at home, to a surprise the T-shirt worth R499 was not in the plastic. The following day she went back to the shop to lay a complaint to the manager. She then asked the manager to check the cameras at the till. The manager said there are no cameras at the till and there's nothing he can do.
