Poor customer service at Mahlakung by the Manager

Hi I'm Rejoice I bought 3 pairs of shoes at Studio 88 Mahlakung mall at Sekororo on the 22/12/22 then made a refund of 1pair of Van's of which I wanted to exchange but sadly they had no size I was looking for and the Manager instead that I give them receipt but I asked if the remaining pairs won't fit my kids will he be able to exchange or refund me he agreed, now I went back to exchange the remaining 2 pairs only to find that the service and tone is no longer the same I'm even suspected to have ****** those 2 pairs since I don't have a receipt to exchange or refund them, he was soo mean to me and it looks like he's certain that he will get support for his rotten behavior towards customers, I am disappointed and I will never buy anything from that store ever again please help me to get my money back since they have my receipt with them and I can't do anything with the shoes cause they don't fit my children My number : ***
