Pleasant experience.

I would like to high 5 Tshegofatso on a perfect to seal a deal. No too much information just cool and well mannered young man. He greeted me as I walked in the store, very clean and neat, unfortunately I visited the store on my worse day coming back from Night shift, in my ugly work boots, but not even a second Tshegofatso looked down on me. Keep that man he's an asset to your business. He killed basics of being a great sales man left and right. Just on the last part of the sale, a white gentleman believed to be a manager was at the till, he did not bother to greet all he was in a rush to close the sale, after sale he didn't even bother to say thank you. My advice is please remove manager's from the face of the company because at times they can be arrogant and unwelcoming that's what positions does to most people. But either than that, I'm definitely coming back for more, just because Tshegofatso made sure he secured a repeat customer.
