Pathetic service

I purchased a sneaker for my son at studio 88 canal walk branch 26 December 2024 around 8pm ,we tried a size 7 and it was too small,the consultant suggested a size 8, my son then put on the size 8, we left and we then noticed the sneaker is making folds in front , today 29 Dec 2024 we went to Studio 88 in Liberty promenade mall and spoke to Diemakapso, she then said they can’t return the sneaker as it has been worn as she can see by the fold,We then called the canal walk branch and spoke to Nikita and she said the same thing,I am so disappointed in the service and attitude of these staff , I will make sure to never purchase form any studio 88 again and will make friends and family don’t as well
