Pathetic online service! 🤕

Placed an order on the 29th of November 2021, till date I have no tracking number and no parcel. The worst part is that no one really gives me a proper reason as to what's going on with my parcel. Online service is pathetic no one responds to emails, social media they lie and say inbox they'll call you back ayke efonini it's a different story 🙄🙄still no communication regarding my delivery.

I've called and was told I'll be called right back till today 🙄

What horrible service, definitely the first and last from me
