Pathetic merchandise and management

Hi, My advise to all out there is never purchase from Studio 88. No matter how good the product looks and how good the promotion is, the merchandise from studio 88 never last, not even for 6 months. Adding to that that service is beyond useless. I've had numerous tried to complain on this platform and only gotten contacted back after weeks. The person waits for the me to get tired of waiting and give up. Then finally, someone tells you to take the products back to the store. At the store, the assistant just laughs at you directly like your purchases didn't contribute to their salary. I felt totally upset and made it seem like I was waiting for a luck to happen. Take in mind that the jeans purchased is not even a straight piece of material, the seams on the jeans twist around. The shoe I bought faded so fast and water started to get in the shoe. Also I have many pairs of jeans and shoes and it's not like I use it for uniform. The staff and the upper management of Studio 88 really needs to go for training to know what customer service is all about. PLEASE WITH THE RISE OF THE ECONOMY, RATHER GO SHOP AT REPUTABLE STORES. THIS STUDIO 88 SELLS REJECTS AND ****S. There is no use wasting your hard earned money for merchandise for only a few months.
