Parcel ****** at store

I had an experience at the Studio 88 Factory shop in Woodmead on the 31 October 2021. My parcel was ****** and had a discussion with the store manager Craig on the 31 October 2021 and he promised to get this resolved. To date we have had no feedback from Studio 88. They are ignoring my calls and I have also contacted customer service via telephone and email with no response. It is frustrating that the management of Studio 88 do not take their customers seriously and such matters are treated as not urgent.
