Overcharged by studio 88 kwaguqa mall Witbank

I was overcharged R-799 on the 28 of November I've been in contact with my bank I gave them 2 bank statement one was on the 4th of December the second one was on the 18 of December still my money hasn't been payed back it shows on the statement but they refused to send it back instead they keep on sending me to my bank The bank says if it was taken by the bank it would have came back within 72hours and this matter ussually it's solved in 3days in shops but now it's been 20days and nothing has been done by studio 88 I even went to the police to write and submit an affidavit but they keep on playing with me..
