Outstanding display of service

I would just like to thank Shane B for a job well done. He went out of his way for over a week ensuring an pair of shoes I ordered were delivered.

Usually u would have received the generic "out of stock" , don't care attitude from other online stores and big retailers.

Shane and his team made a plan, found the shoe and got it delivered. I am flabbergasted by the outstanding service I received.
