Outstanding customer service

I called the Studio 88 head office on a Wednesday morning to enquire about which store had a particular shoe which my son needed to wear to a party on Friday. I was assisted by a friendly Simphiwe who informed me that this shoe was only available online. She also told that online delivery would take 3 days. After explaining my sons fashion emergency she transferred me to her manager Jayson who arranged for free over night delivery. Absolutely outstanding service from this team. So refreshing to see service teams going above and beyond to satisfy their customers. You are both much appreciated!
