Online parcel never delivered

On the 15th of December 2024 I ordered sneakers online from studio 88. I received a message from Logistical Solutionist (studio 88 courier company) that my parcel was gonna be delivered that day but it never came. I sent Logistical Solutionits an email to enquire, they said they came and the parcel was denied. They never came to my house, nevertheless I gave them an alternative address, they still didn’t come. I emailed studio 88 customer service and a lady called Lucinda responded asked Logistical solutionist to sort it out, Logistical solutionist didn’t sort it out. Now at this point I can no longer track my parcel, it is no longer traceable. I called studio 88 customer service and asked for a refund because I paid for something that I still don’t have in my possession. The lady said she will contact studio 88 online store and she will get back to me, guess what she never did. How is it that 2 big companies like this can not solve an issue of a delivery. There’s no communication at all from both Studio 88 and Logistical solutionist to let me know what’s going on. I have never in my life thought that something like this would happen in my country. I hope this would help other people who want to buy on line fro studio 88 to think twice, you might never get your parcel, like me. *** ***
