Online Order Disaster
I ordered a pair of Reebok sneakers on the 5th Nov and haven't received them or a tracking number to date. I did a follow-up telephonically and spoke to Rencia, sent her all the requested information to no avail. I then sent her another email on the 17th requesting a refund but I'm still here with no sneakers and no refund ☹
