now this is poor customer service at its best.

please include a zero star option? i bought a pair of shoes for my son 08/03/2021 well he did'nt like them so i returned it but did not see anything nice. i asked for a refund thou but the manager said they dont do cash refunds. i ended up having a telephonic conversation with a MR STEYN (i think is the area manager) who said that his general manager in a nutshell dont allow that as the item was on sale and also that no other retail store do refunds on sale items mxm stupid ****. i explained that if i knew what their rule was i never would have made this sale with them and for other retailer stores they do, do cash refunds. i feel i have been ****** by this store and plead with everyone reading this be careful. the funny part is I explained that nowhere on the slip does it say anything about not giving refunds on sale items. Vredendal studio 88 you will never ever be complimented with a sale by me. o and i left the shoes with the slip there and left. the manager took ownership of it once she asked me for everything.
