Not very happy

The staff at the store was very rude... no respect for customer. I was standing in the store with my xmas shopping trollie... with expensive stuff inside... they asked me to leave the trollie at the door... how do you leave a trollie with + - R30000 stuff inside at the doot... when i asked who will take responsibility if it gets taken the saleman laughed in my face...
