No response to a customer complaint I sent 1wk ago

I sent the following e-mail to the supplier last Friday and till now there hasn't been any response # [Email Removed]<br> <br> To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I am writing this mail with a very disappointed and broken heart!<br> I have a pair of sneakers that I bought from one of your outlets (Small Street) sometime in October last year before I undertook my trip to Mozambique at the beginning of November!<br> I wore these sneakers twice while there and today since I have plenty of Nike shoes (200 plus) I decided let me wear these ones and to my surprise they look like the \cool\" summer design is tearing between the sole and the net like material!<br> I am definitely not happy with the product and as one of your loyal clients who has bought a whole lot from your store/s I felt I needed some sort of recourse from these and if I'm correct a big company like yours would wanna stand by their brand and look after their customers!<br> <br> Please see attached pictures for your perusal and also of other items I bought from your store/s!<br> <br> Your speedy reply would mean a lot to me.<br> <br> Kind Regards
