No refund policy at Studio88

I bought a pair of sneakers at Studio88 this past Saturday for my sister. I told the lady who was assisting me that I want size 2 and she insisted that I take size 3 saying it is a small cut, they are now big I can't change them and I can't be refunded. Apparently the shoe don't have size 2 and I was only aware of the no cash refund policy after the purchase read the slip. Now I can't get the right size and I also can't be refunded. I don't want to do business with them ever again.
