NO REFUND

I am a regular customer @ studio 88,usually buy my puma sneakers there.Yesterday 14/10/2015 at around 15:00 i bought a pair of puma's for my brother,when arriving home he did not like the colour and upon inspection they are not even in the correct box,shoes was not even fitted,so this morning at 09:00 on 15/10/2015 i return to the store to give shoes back,just to be told to look at my slip they do not do refunds,it is unacceptable,they were not even fitted,the box is the wrong box it says bmw puma's and it is normal pumas,so they supp**** me a wrong/not complete product and now they do not want to refund me??i do not want to exchange for other shoes i want my money back,the goods were supp**** in a old box so thats breach of conduct from their side.I hope to get this matter sorted from a regional manager asap.
