Purchased two pairs of sneakers on 26 September 2022. The Puma shoes were marked down to R999 and I was charged R1100. I only realised it when I got home and I attempted to get the contact details via the internet and not one of their numbers worked or were out of order. I also saw on the internet that the special is indeed R999, The Pumas I selected were amongst the all the others and the only price listed was R999. I confirmed if the price for my product was R999 and the manager confirmed it. However, the pair I selected was Xray 2, but I had no way of even knowing there was a difference or price difference as all the shoes were in the same display area with the same advertised price. Now I have to drive back, explain my situation, use my time and extra money on fuel. Happy about my products, but I'm unhappy about the poor after sales service (contact number).
