Mokopane Studio 88 Horrible Staff

Please explain to me, how can you not exchange something that is white, my sister got turned away today (22/12/2023) because she was given the wrong shoes size in Mokopane... It is very expensive to go to town in Mokopane.. just imagine being turned away for having the shoe wrong size.what should you do with that shoe?.. Apparently they do not exchange any white staff that the customer has bought. You are a disgusting store and the staff there are horrfic. I can't stand your store and your Mokopane management. These people shouldn't be representing your store brand.. studio 88 is losing massive customers because of the treatment they receive in this horrible,useless and *********** store.
